Paul D. Bailey

Paul Bailey is the consummate coach. He is the Executive Director and Founder of The Institute for Character and Ethics, LLC.  The Institute serves as both educational forum and support network to address the diverse and sometimes conflicting needs of organizations, associations, and teams – whether you are in a leadership position or in day-to-day operations. Paul’s unique insight into the understanding of Cultural Architecture and Process Construct is born from a lifetime of experience as an educator, coach, administrator, and consultant.

Paul is a popular speaker addressing such topics as character, leadership, and mentoring; as well as programs addressing relationships and organizational design for efficiency. He is also author of the highly regarded books: 366 Days of Excellence, and The Language of Achievement: Volume 1, and the forthcoming title: The Champion’s Manifesto.

His years as an educator, author and coach have established Paul as a truly special voice of awareness and innovation in defining and moving people to new levels of accomplishment and satisfaction – whether it is in the board room, classroom, locker room, or the family room.
