Matters of Leadership

Job Requirements of a Leader The job description of a leader must include a clear understanding that TRUE LEADERSHIP is a time-consuming task in which personal responsibility, accountability, and personal character are at a premium.

Leaders must be trained to understand, and ultimately embody these traits. For in doing so, you establish a "template" for others to follow. And please don't misunderstand....not everyone who observes your daily pursuit of leadership excellence will follow the path you are setting forth.

But failure to have such standards in place will only enable " PSEUDO LEADERSHIP", and thus keep organizations and teams forever spinning their wheels and wallowing in mediocrity.

Every day is an opportunity to lead.....

Put that on your everyday "To Do" list.
