Victims?

The pursuit of greatness is an uneven journey....losses and failures do not make "victims"

It is incredibly easy to take the pain and heartache we feel in our pursuits of achievement and make ourselves out to be victims.

And as easy as that is, it is also incredibly misguided.

We are most assuredly going to experience defeat that is not of our own doing...it is simply part of the process, what is important for any team to understand in this evolutionary dynamic that allowing teammates to wallow in a victim's mindset stifles their ultimate ability to answer the challenge and overcome the roadblock.

Without question, we all will lose on the road to victory....never allow it to derail the goal of a champion.
