Responsibility: Noun or Verb

I hear it all the time from people who are willing to claim responsibility for the errors and mistakes they encounter in life.

I always must take pause on that thought because "acceptance of", and "actions toward" responsibility are two different matters.

We must learn to do more than simply respond to our mistakes....we must work to remedy and rectify those missteps.
