Being A "Visionary"

Leadership demands that you, as a leader, be a visionary.

To function as only a "reactive" leader limits the capacity of the team and it's members to move in a forward direction.

There simply must be an element of the future in a leader's philosophy and process.

Day-to-day perspectives can get us through today....but do little to prepare us for tomorrow.
