False Prophecy in Leadership

Leaders are not Messiahs.

Well, even if they are, it is imperative that the leader not be seduced into believing that title. If anyone starts to believe that they can simply move mountains by the tone of their voice and the depth of their intellect, they are destined for failure.

Leaders may indeed be a "savior" - but they are realistic in their achievements and humble in their accolades.
