The Value of Patience

Leaders are not intimidated by the prospects of hard work in driving people to achieve greatness.

There are rudimentary, basic tasks that often have to be repeated over and over again before people ever even begin to grasp what is being offered to them.

It would be nice to simply snap your fingers and have the necessary skills assimilate to those we are working with.

But that would be too simple.

The gift of leadership is not only in what it can offer others, but how it will remind that leader of the perspective of patience.
