Where Are We Going?

A fair question to ask....only it needs to be asked with much more regularity.

Teams and organizations often set a logical course for their pursuits, only to realize that they have and will outgrow them as time goes on.

The perception in many people is that they may believe asking such a question is a sign of inconsistency, a lack of focus, or of a lack of commitment. The truth of the matter is that taking stock of where you are moving in a regular forum is a very profound sign of forward thinking.

If you don't have the capacity to "assess and adjust", you will find yourselves staring blankly from the present into an unknown and unclear future.
