Job Description of a Leader

The job description of a leader must include a clear statement that it is a time-consuming task in which personal responsibility, accountability, and personal character are at a premium.

Leaders must be trained to understand, and ultimately embody these traits.

Failure to have such standards in place will only enable "pseudo leaders", and thus keep teams and organizations forever spinning their wheels and wallowing in mediocrity.
